As your dedicated advocate, I work solely in your interests. In our one-on-one session we will hone in on your personal requirements & what's most important to you and your family in a home. Once we have this locked in I will build out our strategy and get to work!
Source & Negotiate

Our tailored approach ensures you get personalised service from engagement to settlement. Attending open homes, bidding at auctions on your behalf, sourcing off-market and pre-market opportunities and scouting out suburbs is all part of the process.
Concierge

This is truly an end to end service. I assist you with everything needed to wrap up the deal and get you settled. From recommending reputable local trades & companies to attending your pre-settlement inspection. This all ensures a smooth and stress free transition.

I work on a No Find, No Fee basis. If I can't find you your dream home, then you don't pay a cent... but that's never going to happen here on the Sunshine Coast.

Hi, I’m Julia Mortimer and I am thrilled to be in a position to help families, executives & retirees find their next home, here on the magnificent Sunshine Coast. For over 20 years I have worked closely with, or in the real estate industry. From running a successful Real Estate Marketing company, to buying and selling homes and completing a large sub-division development, I have kept my finger on the pulse.
